CANCELLATION & REFUND

• For digital services purchased on our platform, cancellations or refunds are considered only on a case-by-case basis.
• Once a service has been accessed, delivered, or assigned to a trainer/institution, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
• In case of incorrect payments, duplicate transactions, or a technical error, users may request a refund within 3 working days of the transaction.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• CARROT OWL EDUCATION (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
